Theresa is the Financial Administrator at fhbChurch and Living Waters Child Development Centre, with nearly two decades of experience in finance, governance, and operational excellence. She holds an MSc in Finance, a BSc in Accounting, and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
A skilled Enterprise Transformation Strategist and Risk & Governance Steward, Theresa drives process agility, operational excellence, and strong financial stewardship. She champions scalable growth through control, innovation, and cross-functional alignment, all guided by faith and a commitment to service - “Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path” (Psalm 119:105), and inspired by Nelson Mandela: “It always seems impossible until it’s done.”
